Users
Within BCC, we can define many users and assign them access to individual elements of the system. There are two tabs to manage users and their rights: Users and Roles permissions. In the upper right corner there are buttons: Columns, Add user and Configure emailbox.
Select the column names to be displayed. Click the checkbox to the right of the name. To accept the selection, click the Ok button at the bottom of the window.
To add a user, use the Add user button in the Users tab. In the form, we provide the first and last name and e-mail address of the new user. You can also specify whether a given user should have access to BCC resources in Wizlink Designer. Then select whether the user should have access to the Wizlink Agent and select or enter tags. Tags are used when assigning help tasks from the Agent. Finally, roles must be assigned to a given user. The user inherits the permissions of the roles they are holding. After saving, the new user will appear in the table and a message will be sent to him, which will guide him through the further registration process.
The Configure emailbox button takes you to the email Settings.
When you click on the three dots (on the right side of each row of the table), the following options will open:
Details - Go to user details
Edit - Go to editing user settings
In the Users tab, we can view User details. To do this, click on the three dots and click Details. We can see details about a given user, roles and permissions within individual categories. Here, user access to BCC can be blocked. To do this click Block the upper right corner. This operation is reversible, click again. The second way to take the user to access BCC is the Retire button. This action is usually used if a given user leaves the company. This operation is also reversible. To perform this operation User Admin rights are needed with appropriate permissions.
In each BCC there is a user with Admin rights. This is the user with the highest permissions. This role is forever, you cannot take it or pass it on to another user.
