Roles permissions
This page shows the default permissions for the user role. This is an initial setup that can be changed by a user with the User Admin privileges. User Admin can choose a set of settings for BCC to be assigned to a given role. The permissions can be selected by tagging additional check boxes. After making any changes click the Save changes button.
Roles are assigned in the Users tab.
User Roles:
User Admin - the user is responsible for assigning permissions and roles to other users. Has access to notifications and keys,
Scenario Admin - has permission to see features of Scenarios, Plugins, Tasks, Tags, Packages, Slowdown mechanism, BCC Values, GUI Controls, KeyStorage. In these features, he can also perform operations consisting in adding, deleting and editing
The scenario admin can see the features of Robots, Users (to be able to add keys), Logs and Notifications,
Crypto Admin - a user who manages Cryptography in BCC,
Operator - a user who manages the operation of the BCC from the technical point of view,
Host Admin - manages virtual environments and robot activities. Host admin has permissions to act on the features: Robots, Tags, Robot credentials, Virtual environment, Logs. Can see notifications and update them.
Business Owner - has enough permissions to see the full Dashboard. The Business Owner also has access to features such as: Scenarios, Plugins, Robots, Roles and Role Permissions,
Scenario Designer - is a user who creates scenarios in Wizlink Designer. Can create GUI controls.
Permissions:
Actions - permissions to enable or disable or restart the virtual machine,
Create - allows you to create an object(e.g. add a scenario),
Read - allows you to browse an object (e.g. an existing list of scenarios),
Update - allows you to edit an object(e.g. an existing scenario),
Delete - allows you to delete an object,
Retire - allows you to revoke the user's opportunity to actively participate in BCC tasks,
ReactivateRetired - allows you to restore the User from Retirement,
Settings - allows you to enter settings (e.g. regarding notifications).
